Spent an hour or so with my son in the morning getting him passed that initial i can't turn around stage. During lunch it turned really windy(4.5m ?), and stayed that way for 3-4 hours. After it dropped a bit, I went out. Played for a while, until it dropped right off. Then hung around in the water until it picked up again. Had a good sail and alot of time trying to perfect my waterstarts. I have now got to the stage where if there is a reasonable amount of wind but not too much I don't have a problem. If it gets too windy my sail and board control is just not up to getting everything in the right position. Also need to get better at treading water.
